• The customer is advised that changes & cancellations to a booking are subject to availability as well as the service provider’s policies, and permitted under certain conditions only.
• Customers must ensure to submit the cancellation request within the Service Provider’s Cancellation window.

• We may, on very rare occasions, cancel a booking due to unfortunate situations such as where payment has not yet been realized, or the provided credit card is reported stolen or disputed, or information provided by the customer is fraudulent, to name a few.
• Cancellation of any booking on which a cash back offer was applied, will result in cancellation of the cash back as well.
• Cancellations on packages or offers are governed by the terms & conditions of that particular package or offer.

6.1 Cancellations & Changes –Flights

• Cancellations/modifications are dependent on the concerned airline’s policy as well as seat availability, class and prices. Depending on their policy, some bookings might not be amended or might incur higher costs.
• Name changes are not permitted
• Changes to Origin & Destinations or Date of Travel are permissible within a timeframe of 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• The customer agrees to bear cancellation charges on flights as follows:
Domestic Flight Changes: Airline Charges (to be confirmed at the time of making the change) + FlyYatri Service charge of 100/- INR
International Flight Changes: Airline Charges (to be confirmed at the time of making the change) + FlyYatri Service charge of 200/- INR
• In case of rescheduling a flight, if the new fare is higher than the original booking, the customer will be charged for the increase in fare along with the any other modification/service fees.
• Refunds will be made for the balance amount remaining after deducting airlines’ cancellation/amendment fees and our service charges and any additional new fare charges from the original booking amount.
• Certain amendments have to be made with the airline directly. We will advise you of the same accordingly.
• In case of flights being delayed or canceled by the airline, the customer can claim refunds from the airline for the cancellation and the delay as per existing laws and norms.

Cancellations & Changes - Hotels / Tours

• Changes to Hotel Bookings or Tour Package Bookings are subject to availability and the Service Provider’s policies, and could result in higher tariffs or fees which the customer agrees to bear.
• You will be advised on the availability of rooms and the new tariffs in case of changes to your dates or category of rooms.
• Cancellations could result in partial or complete loss of original booking deposit, as per the Service Provider’s T&Cs at the time of booking. The user agrees to bear the partial/full loss of the original booking amount in such an event with no liability on us.
• Your reservation is on assumption of arrival on the check-in date. Please notify us in case of any changes to this date or any anticipated delay in check-in, well in advance and within the hotel’s cancellation window, to avoid any forfeiture of booking deposit and cancellation charges.
• Refunds for any cancellations by the user will be applicable subject to the hotel’s rules of cancellations; such as stipulated time frame for making cancellations or any special discounted tariffs that might render the booking non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation on the part of the service provider, the full amount will be refunded to the customer by the service provider.
